Join us for a basic introduction to telescopes and how to use them to explore the night sky followed by a night of moon, planet, star gazing. Feel free to bring your own telescope or use one of the 4 different ones we have in our collection. Meet at Sue Young Park on Diana and Stahala in the dark, lightless field tucked away behind the playground. Bring a lawn chair or blanket, snacks, water, and your own telescope if you have one. Meet at the open field by the playground and look for the green flashlights.
