Blood Moon and Telescope 101

Craters of the Moon.jpg

Join us for a night of moon gazing and a basic introduction to different types of telescopes and how to use them to explore the night sky. Feel free to bring your own or use one of the 4 different telescopes set up to view the Blood moon and other visible celestial objects. Meet at Sue Young Park on Diana and Stahala. (MAP) Bring a lawn chair or blanket, snacks, water, and your own telescope if you have one. Meet at the open field by the playground and look for the green flashlights.
