Enjoy a 6.5 a moderate to difficult hike beginning on the Sierra Vista Trail and then hiking off trail to the top of North Anthony Peak.
Details: Bring 3 liters of water, snacks and sturdy hiking boots. No fee. Dogs trained and socialized for people and other dogs are okay.
Directions: From I-10 West, take Exit 162 (Anthony/Chaparral) NM 404. Drive east 4.2 miles. Turn left and go through gate. Open and close it. Go short ways to parking area.
